I've been working in mental health for over 12 years and have extensive experience conducting mental health evaluations and crisis intervention.  Preferred therapy modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.  I've worked with clients struggling with all types of issues including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, work life balance and managing stress.
