Roshelle Kades, LCSW
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). Prior to joining RCWC in 2025, I supported people in community-based and higher education settings in various roles, including as a social worker, case manager, and therapist. I see each client as a unique individual on a journey toward increased self-awareness and fulfillment, and I am here to help you on that journey.
My approach is relational, person-centered, and strengths-based, and is driven by compassion and curiosity. I will work with you to explore your goals and strengths, and to help you add to your existing tools and resources to better navigate life's challenges. I aim to be LGBTQIA+ affirming and to practice with cultural humility and a trauma-informed lens.
I have particular experience working with folks navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting; college students and young adults; and other people experiencing life transitions. I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2020. I practice therapy under the supervision of Lisa Carrier, LCSW-C.
