Ellen Holtz, PMHNP-BC
Ellen Holtz is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in women’s health, including Labor and Delivery nursing. Her background working with women and families through meaningful and vulnerable experiences has shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
She has a special interest in women’s mental health across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum, and midlife transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. She also has experience supporting individuals through pregnancy and infant loss and provides psychiatric care for both women and individuals across the lifespan.
Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed, collaborative care. She takes time to listen and understand each person’s story, creating a safe and supportive space where patients feel comfortable and respected. She works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals and needs.
