Natasha Horner, LCPC, LCMFT

Natasha (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Maryland and Texas with a passion for working with adults navigating perinatal/postpartum (including grief and infertility), anxiety, trauma, and adjusting to all of life’s stressors and transitions. She’s had experience working with individual adults and couples on a myriad of concerns throughout her career.

She enjoys being collaborative around goals and what you want out of your therapy experience. Many times, she will use a mixture of CBT and Attachment Theory, and has completed Level 2 Gottman training. However, the most important part of therapy is feeling comfortable in the therapy room. Regardless of how you identify, all are welcome!

Natasha thrives on both her and her clients bringing their authentic self into the room together. For example, she often connects with clients through humor and metaphor, and shares her love of D&D, video games, books, and pets during sessions! If you think she might be a good fit, feel free to reach out!
