supports, and brings hope and healing to her clients. She has more than seven years of
experience in the mental health field serving at-risk clients as a mobile therapist,
performing emergency room medical crisis intervention, and providing outpatient therapy
at a local hospital. She has helped hundreds of clients address all types of mental health
issues to realize positive and beneficial change.
Her approach is to meet clients where they are in a nonjudgmental and open way as they
build trust and identify client-goals. She collaborates with clients to find their best path
for favorable change. Her preferred treatment modalities include Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy; Mindfulness; Cognitive Behavior Therapy; Dialectical Behavior
Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
